Senior Asset Integrity Engineer (Hull & Structure)

Job Purpose:
• Developing, implementing, and coordinating integrity management strategies for hull, topside structural components, and mooring systems. The roles ensure that inspection, testing and verifications requirements are embedded in project design, construction and commissioning deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the focal point for integrity engineering during the project execution phase.
• Develop and implement AIM strategies for hull, topside structures, and mooring systems.
• Prepare SOW and engage RBI consultants.
• Lead tendering activities.
• Participate in DDE reviews and risk-based reviews.
• Develop inspection strategies.
• Participate in inspection program reviews.
• Review design changes and MOC documents.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for CMMS development.
Requirements
• Open for Malaysian only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation). Master's is an advantage.
• 6+ years oil & gas, offshore project execution and integrity management for FPU or assets.
• Proven inspection and integrity management experience of hull, topside structural and mooring sytems.
• Knowledge in Classification Society and Structural Integrity.
• Leadership and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with FPU construction and commissioning processes.
