JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior AI Consultant at Highmark, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AI strategy. Working within our AI Center of Excellence, you will partner with business leaders, clinicians, and technologists to identify opportunities for AI innovation and drive the adoption of responsible AI solutions across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of influencing decision-making, strong presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE
Required
5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy. 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions.
Preferred
Experience applying generative AI tools and techniques to solve business problems.SKILLS
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.Ability to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and data scientists.Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholdersExperience in writing technical documentation and reports.Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning, budgeting, and risk management (technology and people).Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field (OR) relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.Preferred

Pay Range Minimum:
$108,000.00Pay Range Maximum:
$201,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
