What You'll Do Lead survey readiness initiatives across multiple Sharp HealthCare facilities, ensuring compliance with TJC, CMS, and state regulations.Collaborate with food service teams to implement standardized processes that support continuous accreditation readiness.Conduct audits and provide actionable insights to improve regulatory performance and operational excellence.Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory standards, supporting training and readiness across the healthcare system. What You Bring Extensive experience in healthcare food service operations with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.Deep knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) and CMS standards; California Title 22 experience preferred.Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with senior-level leadership experience.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence system-wide change. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in dietetics, food management, or related field
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in health care clinical management of outpatient services, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
