Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Experience: 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision; Middle East experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Review architectural submissions such as material submittal, method of statements and shop drawings- Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements- Respond to technical queries and site construction details- Review contractor performance every week and attend any technical workshop meetings as required- Knowledge of UAE regulations of the municipality and civil defense- Coordination awareness between all the disciplines
