Senior Architect Manager - ServiceNow / Enterprise Shared Services

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Architect Manager to join our Enterprise Functions Technology Architecture team, supporting Enterprise Shared Services. The person in this role will lead architecture efforts for the bank's large scale ServiceNow platform and guide other vital shared services applications and initiatives as well. It's a great opportunity for a hands-on technologist with a strong background in ServiceNow to exert innovative, transformative architectural leadership that impacts a wide variety of business functions.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams of architects that develop portfolio, product and product area architecture that covers current, interim and target stateProvide expertise in using the ServiceNow platform and help colleagues at all levels understand the platform's capabilities and operations.Lead the design, development and curation of the ServiceNow platformServe as lead architect for ~85 other applications in the Enterprise Shared Services portfolio.Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutionsDevelop and influence Enterprise Shared Services Technology strategic plans and execution on cutover strategies to targetReview designs created by other groups/resources for alignment with best practicesWorking closely with product managers and agile teams in defining UI, data model and defining the integration requirementsCreate architectural artifacts that are influential in driving the organization.Help communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of technology architecture and engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years working with the ServiceNow platform3+ years working with large data repositories2+ years working with ServiceNow CMDB3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

Advanced ability to define and document architectural solutions and present these to senior executives and other leaders.Ability to manage stakeholders and work under time constraintsProven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
