1. The candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in performing architectural design in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The candidate will work with Engineers and Designers both within and outside the discipline as needed to ensure deliverables are delivered.
2. Able to perform and assist various projects undertaken by the Company.
3. Able to perform and develop Architectural design layouts, basis of design, specifications and CAD drawings.
4. Perform any other tasks delegated by the Lead Engineer/ Project Lead from time to time.
5. Prepare, update and check calculations for architectural design and other specifications on schedule and within the allocated manhour/budget.
6. Well versed in SOLAS / IMO/ NORSOK or any related rules and regulations with regards to the offshore facility architectural design.
7. Excellent in time management, interfaces and coordinations skills with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
8. Ensure all architectural design and drawings meet contractual technical specifications, quality and HSE objectives of the project.
9. Able to manage multiple deadlines and able to work with under minimum supervision.
10. Provides guidance and mentoring to drafter and designer.
11. Experience in designing and developing industrial building especially in oil & gas onshore plant and refinery area would be an advantage.

Must Haves:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Good command in English (verbal & writing)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software. Familiar with other modelling software is an advantage.
- Good experience in oil and gas architectural design
