Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of the team, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Spearhead the design and development of large-scale projects from concept to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project successConduct site visits and inspections to ensure conformance with specifications and design intentProvide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftersDevelop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutionsPerform quantity surveys and cost estimations for accurate project tracking and reportingEnsure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirementsPresent design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholdersStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices

QualificationsMaster's degree in Architecture from an accredited institutionValid professional architecture licenseMinimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design and project managementProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projectsExpert knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and building codesProficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processesExcellent communication, presentation, and client management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staffExperience in quantity surveying and cost estimationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
