Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of the team, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions. + Spearhead the design and development of large-scale projects from concept to completion + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success + Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure conformance with specifications and design intent + Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafters + Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions + Perform quantity surveys and cost estimations for accurate project tracking and reporting + Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements + Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders + Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices **Qualifications** + Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution + Valid professional architecture license + Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design and project management + Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects + Expert knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and building codes + Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp + Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes + Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills + Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff + Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment + Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
