Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are hiring for the position of Senior Architect – Airport Landscape for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves leading the planning, design, and coordination of landscape works for airport terminals, landside, and associated facilities, ensuring sustainability, aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with aviation and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead landscape planning and design for airport landside, terminal surroundings, approach roads, and public realms.
Develop landscape concepts, master plans, planting strategies, and hardscape designs.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, utilities, drainage, and sustainability teams.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA, ICAO, environmental norms, and local authority regulations.
• Integrate landscape design with passenger movement, security, and operational requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Support stakeholder coordination with airport authorities and statutory bodies.
• Guide junior landscape architects and design teams.
• Support construction-stage activities including site inspections and design clarifications.
• Prepare and review landscape documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in landscape design for large infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven experience in airport or large-scale landscape projects.
• Experience in airport terminals, landslide, and public realm projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices, native planting, and water management.
• Proficiency in landscape design tools and BIM platforms.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
