Your opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Applications Analyst to support and optimise Anglicare’s enterprise applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned with operational and legislative requirements.

You’ll provide hands-on support across the application lifecycle, drive governance and continuous improvement, and act as a trusted liaison between the Applications team and business stakeholders.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

Administer and optimise enterprise applications, ensuring reliable performanceEnsure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirementsSupport onboarding, upgrades, and structured implementation of new systemsOversee access management and strengthen application securityCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver system improvements and value

What you'll bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in application support or analyst rolesStrong understanding of enterprise application support within ITIL frameworksProven ability to manage incidents, requests, and change processesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience developing technical documentation and knowledge bases

Qualifications and Experience

IT degree or relevant technical certificationExperience supporting enterprise applications and driving continuous improvementSolid understanding of ITIL processes; certification advantageousAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
