**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Senior Level Application Support Specialist to add to our application support team. If you’re experienced, flexible, are looking for a new challenge, and want to join a passionate team of application support team, this position is for you.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Respond to customers inquires using phone and email concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
+ Act as a First Source of Contact for any Application Related Concerns
+ Work Closely with level 2 and BAs to Track Problems and Resolve incidents
+ Analyze and identify application related bugs and report to 2nd level
+ Track application related bugs and apply Work Around
+ Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of applications and support processes.
+ Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to ensure the L1 Team possesses the necessary skills, knowledge and Competencies.
+ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for application functionality and provide ongoing support and guidance to the L1 Support Team.
+ Work with the team lead to Identify training needs and gaps within the Application support Team.
+ Deliver comprehensive training programs for the Level 1 Application Support team on new and existing applications, features, procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Maintain up-to-date training materials, including user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelors degree in I.T or Computer Science
+ Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk
+ Basic Knowledge with front-end application languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
+ Basic knowledge with Programming Languages like VB.Net, ASP. Net, C++ Troubleshooting Experience with Mobile Applications
+ Experience with Property Management Accounting Based Software
+ Familiar with Database technology like MySQL and Oracle
+ Can work with Minimal supervision
+ Great organization skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
