As our Senior Application Software and Control Specialist, you’ll design advanced control systems that optimize performance, focus on energy efficiency, and support sustainable engineering solutions in refrigeration and air conditioning.
You’ll drive the end-to-end development of cutting-edge control systems, from concept to implementation, ensuring our products deliver high efficiency and reliability. Your work will directly influence system performance, shaping outcomes that matter for both customers and the performance of Danfoss.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll share your expertise, challenge ideas, and develop innovative solutions. This is your chance to champion new approaches and shape the next generation of energy-efficient systems at Danfoss.
What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop and implement control systems using Model-Based Design with MATLAB/Simulink. Develop and test control algorithms, focusing on energy savings and system efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and technical specifications. Conduct simulation studies and analyses to optimize control performance. Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality software solutions. What We're Looking For Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Energy Engineering, or related field. Experience with control systems design using MATLAB/Simulink and programming in C/C++, Python and Structured Text. Solid understanding of thermal systems and control strategies. Excellent English communication skills. A mindset of problem-solving and continuous improvement, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
