What You’ll Do
As a Senior Application/Product Support Specialist in our Infrastructure tools and automation team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the lifecycle management of Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server systems. You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript, PERL, and PHP to automate inventory management, patching, and decommissioning processes. Working closely with database and system design engineers, IT and Security teams, and infrastructure stakeholders, you’ll help support business-critical applications and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using JavaScript, PERL, and PHP.Manage lifecycle activities for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server systems, including inventory, patching, and decommissioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure for business-critical applications and databases.Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and automation.Support compliance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Cover working hours: 9 am – 5 pm, with occasional flexibility as per business need.What You’ll Need
3+ years of hands-on experience in server system administration across Linux, UNIX, and Windows platforms. - lifecycle management, patching, automation, etc.Proven experience in automation and scripting using JavaScript, PERL, and PHP.Experience supporting enterprise environments.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and system reliability.What You’ll Bring
