**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Laboratory Setting, Office **Job Description** Senior Application Manager – Molecular & Cellular Biology Location: Customer Experience Centre, Genome Valley, Hyderabad Job Type: Hybrid (Lab-based > 70%) Experience Requirements: + 12+ years of proven experience in Molecular & Cell Biology. + 10+ years of industry driven experience in relevant domains. + Prior experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific instrumentation is desirable. **Role Summary:** The Senior Application Manager – Molecular & Cellular Biology is a crucial role demonstrating the development and coordination of integrated workflows across divisions. The position uses a wide range of technologies from Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Biosciences, Genetic Sciences, and Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMD) divisions to provide effective solutions. The role is lab-intensive and located at the Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement end-to-end workflows for critical application areas, including: **Gene expression** **Cell therapy** **Genome editing** **Molecular diagnostics** + Conduct workflow demonstrations for both internal collaborators and customers. + Develop POCs on the Workflows. + Deliver hands-on technical support and application training at the CEC. + Troubleshoot and optimize protocols to drive successful outcomes for customers. + Collaborate closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to support business growth. + Champion solution adoption by providing technical expertise across divisional boundaries. + Build and reinforce customer confidence by showcasing reliable and innovative workflows. **Significance of the Role:** + This role is essential for bridging Thermo Fisher’s multi-division technologies to deliver coordinated, seamless solutions in the life sciences sector. + The absence of such expertise would limit the delivery of cohesive solutions and diminish the impact of customer engagement in the molecular and cellular biology space.
