We’re looking for a data driven App Growth Manager to join our growing App Marketing team. You’ll take full ownership of paid app user acquisition across Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google App Campaigns (UAC), and other app specific performance platforms such as Appier, Liftoff, and Moloco.
This role is a replacement for a Senior Online Marketing Manager but redefined with a sharper focus on mobile growth. You’ll help shape our full-funnel app strategy across acquisition, and reactivation, in close collaboration with paid social, display, analytics, and product teams.

Your Responsibilities Own and scale user acquisition via Apple Search Ads, UAC, Tiktok, Meta and other programmatic UA platforms (e.g. Appier, Liftoff, Moloco).Manage daily campaign execution, performance analysis, budget pacing, and reporting for app campaigns globally.
Work closely with our creative and analytics teams to build and test high performing ad assets and audiences.
Collaborate with ASO, CRM, and Product teams to ensure a seamless user journey to drive quality subscriptions.
Run experiments to improve CPAs, retention, and ROAS.
Monitor and optimize MMP setup and event tracking accuracy in collaboration with BI and AdTech.
Explore and implement lightweight automation solutions for reporting, alerts, or campaign scaling using tools like Google Ads Scripts, n8n, or similar (a plus if you already have experience)
What You’ll Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing, ideally in a B2C subscription or marketplace app.
Extensive knowledge of app marketing tracking capabilities and industry best practices through (i.e: SKAdNetwork, ATT, App Conversion tracking, Fraud Prevention,Incrementality testing,ROAS optimisation)
Deep expertise in ASA and UAC campaign setup, structure, optimization, and measurement.
Familiarity with other mobile UA channels such as Appier, Liftoff, Remerge, Moloco, etc.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and working with MMP data.
Experience working with paid social app campaigns (Meta, TikTok) is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer)
Bonus points if you’ve worked with basic automation tools like Google Ads Scripts, n8n, Zapier, or BigQuery—or are motivated to learn.
