Join our team and help develop a premier Android native app used by millions of people. Contribute to the development of Experian's flagship Android native applicationImplement new featuresEnhance existing ones based on our requirementsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersEnsure code quality through automated testing and continuous integrationParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesResolve performance and scalability issuesDebug and troubleshoot application issues reported by users or discovered through testingEnsure the application meets Google's design principles and interface guidelinesCollaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfacesStay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologiesContribute to the continuous improvement of development processesMaintain comprehensive documentation of code, APIs, and development processesProvide clear technical documentation for future reference

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in Android app developmentYou are proficiency in Kotlin and JavaExperience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and XMLFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend servicesKnowledge of Google's design principles and interface guidelinesExperience with version control systems like GitHubProficiency in Android Studio and other development toolsExperience with automated testing and continuous integrationExperience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of performance optimization techniques for Android apps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
