Lead the development and deployment of innovative analytics products that create and/or increase business value. An APM leads communication of analytics outputs with functional stakeholders acting as bridge between functional and analytics teams. The APM shares insights and collaborates with functional stakeholders to identify and scope new use case opportunities.
Drive the delivery of the analytics product strategy through the development and deployment of a portfolio of innovative products that generate measurable business value. A Senior APM leads communication with senior functional and regional stakeholders, acting as a strategic bridge between business and analytics teams. The Senior APM shares insights, aligns cross-functional priorities, and proactively shapes the roadmap of analytics products related to a particular portfolio based on evolving business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilties:
Analytics Product Development
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of analytics products, from opportunity framing to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Drive the definition of product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with senior business stakeholders and analytics leadership. Lead the development of detailed product requirements and specifications, guiding product owners and delivery teams. Oversee cross-functional product development teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, UX Designers) in an agile/lean environment, ensuring alignment with business and user needs. Ensure transparent, structured communication across stakeholders at multiple organisational levels, facilitating prioritisation and investment decisions. Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure the analytics portfolio remains cutting-edge and value driven.
Analytics Product Deployment
Lead cross-functional coordination across regions and Heineken markets to drive scalable deployment of analytics solutions, incorporating structured change management approaches. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure that analytics solutions are embedded in business processes. Guide enablement efforts with customer-facing and functional teams to ensure effective adoption, including design of training, communication, and support materials. Establish a robust framework for measuring product performance across the portfolio, driving continuous improvement and value delivery based on user and business feedback
Qualifications and Experience:
BA/MSc in a quantitative related field; equivalent work experience accepted. 5+ years in product, analytics, tech, or consulting roles, including leadership of complex projects or portfolio
Must have (all levels):
Strong strategic communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions Proven experience managing a portfolio of analytics or data-driven products with varying scope and complexity Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with structured problem-solving capabilities Ability to define and execute product strategy and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences Experience leading teams in agile environments (e.g., backlogs, sprints, user stories, iterative design) Track record of translating business problems into scalable analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value Demonstrated ability to drive prioritisation and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing business impact and resource constraints Deep experience managing full product lifecycles in cross-functional settings
Nice to have:
Experience in data analysis, machine learning or related field Hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related disciplines Experience working in or delivering analytics solutions within the FMCG sector Familiarity with data platforms, governance principles, and AI/ML product development pipelines
