Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Experience in building and supporting automation, databases, query tools, BI tools, and dashboards for analysis and data visualization using SQL, Dremio, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.Perform data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business needs with high attention to detail and accuracy.Gather, analyze, transform and interpret data from various sources to meet business needs.Knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory reporting, compliance, risk management.Lead projects, participate in cross-group projects, and mentor team members.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for various management levels.Define business requirements, develop analytic solutions, and manage testing, production implementation, and change enablement.6+ years of analytics experience to build and deliver dashboards, tools, quantitative analyses, and advanced modeling that diagnose root cause issues and translate data into actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Dax Expressions or Alteryx.Microsoft PL-300 Certification preferredJob Expectations:
