Senior Analytics Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to provide analytics support within Consumer Lending for the Retail Services line of business. **In this role, you will:** + Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors + Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs + Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements + Lead or participate on large cross group projects + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + SQL experience utilizing large scale databases -- Teradata, Oracle, etc. + Experience building Tableau dashboards + Excellent business insight and strategic orientation in translating analytics into business actions and results + Demonstrated success in a complex and matrixed data environment. + Demonstrated ability to validate work. + Self-motivated, capable of working effectively both independently and in a team environment. + Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. + Financial services industry experience **Job Expectations:** + This job offers a hybrid work schedule. + Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position **Posting End Date:** 19 Aug 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
