We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer – Analytical Systems to join our team. Based in Singapore, this role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining Emerson Analytical Systems and various third-party analyzers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in gas analyzer technologies and system integration.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Commission, calibrate, and troubleshoot all models of Emerson Analytical Systems and Products as well as 3rd party analyzers.
+ Conduct on-site preventive maintenance, replacing defective parts and ensuring optimal system performance.
+ Provide technical and presales support to the Sales Team as needed.
+ Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
+ Promote service offerings include Training, Service Center Repairs, Commissioning, and Maintenance Contracts to help grow service business.
+ Prepare detailed service reports such as Field Service, Commissioning, and Calibration documentation within specified deadlines.
+ Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines during field operations.
+ Assist in other technical duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting analytical instruments.
+ Proven experience with various gas analyzers: Paramagnetic, Infrared (IR), Zirconia, Gas Chromatograph (GC), and Tunable Diode Laser (TDL).
+ Strong understanding of Sampling Conditioning Systems.
+ Ability to interpret technical documents, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
+ Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently in dynamic environments.
+ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
+ Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, often with short notice.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering.
