To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time **Who we’re looking for:** Toyota Logistics Services (TLS) Strategic Planning Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated **Senior** **Analyst of Strategic Planning.** The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a deeper understanding of TLS’s production and vehicle logistics environment—past, present, and future—by developing seamless, timely, flexible, high-quality, and efficient solutions that respond to evolving customer needs, business disruptions, and volume fluctuations. Reporting to the Strategic Planning Manager, the person in this role will advise internal and external stakeholders on forecasted production volumes, logistics routing, and related issues, providing insightful analysis and context to support strategic decision-making. **What you’ll be doing:** + Lead bi-annual (Annual Plan) and monthly (Getsudo) NAP & CBU production & route setting process + Coordinate bi-annual and monthly distribution of forecasts to our transport partners + Utilize project planning methods to analyze and lead route changes + Engage with various internal & external organizations to anticipate potential supply disruptions and partner with NA / TMC to develop countermeasures + Support risk management activities to mitigate the impact of forecast variances + Prepare and present business case studies to executive leadership (e.g., vehicle source changes with cost implications) + Identify and develop methods for standardization of processes across the Strategic Planning Department + Strategic identification & resolution of process gaps + Assist with route optimization and market analysis to ensure our transportation network is aligned with our cost, quality, and lead time targets (e.g., 2026 RFP) + Lead annual logistics survey for the past year’s performance metrics + Use Toyota Business Processes and Kaizen Experience + Ability to use strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills **What you bring:** + Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) Supply Chain or other relevant fields. + Advanced computer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Suite including Power BI, and Brio Query + Experience in analysis, data querying & visualization + Team/people/vendor management and project management experience + Ability to learn new applications and software tools. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Added bonus if you have:** + NPPS / NVS systems and database management + Business Analytics or advanced analytics certification(s) + Experience with agile and scrum methodology **What we’ll bring:** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
