Summary:
The Senior Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting, and is responsible for preparing and analyzing internal and external filings for the company. This role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including accounting, legal, treasury, and investor relations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial disclosures. It will also collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide support and facilitate the progress of their audit. The Senior Analyst will perform key responsibilities for the company’s filings such as disclosure completeness and data accuracy, as well as, contribute process improvements and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide meaningful contributions and assistance in preparing ADT’s quarterly and annual SEC Filings (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K). Create and enhance the underlying support that feeds ADT’s external filings. Ensure data being reported is complete and accurate through precise and timely checks. Support the investor relations function with the review of earnings materials. Work with internal and external auditors on information requests. Participate in the preparation of statutory and benefit plan financial statements. Review surveys required by government agencies. Perform ad-hoc research requests from management. Implement solutions that drive change and process improvements. Stay up to date on the latest accounting standards and trends that may impact financial reporting.This role will allow you to gain meaningful experience as you will have:

3+ years of accounting experience, public accounting preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements under US GAAP. Experience with Oracle FCCS, Essbase, and Workiva a plus.Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting. CPA Certification preferred (or currently working towards).Skills:
Strong Excel skills. Sound understanding of US GAAP. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage/prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
