WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A problem solver with a University Degree in Economics or FinanceA person with 3 years’ of proven experience in Finance department in an international company (Accounting and/or Controlling)Experience in the budgeting/forecasting processesA proficient English speaker (verbal and written)Solid understanding of MS Office programs, especially advanced MS Excel and financial coordinated systems,Analytical mindset, capacity to work under time pressure, organize and prioritize work independentlyStrong interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting to Senior Management

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Collects headcount and prepares financial assumptions to execute budgeting & forecasting processes of salaries & wages as well as other compensation elements for Foreign Assignees.Prepares the budget on behalf of entities hosting foreign assignees including the submission of headcounts and financials to the systemPrepares financial assumptions to execute budgeting & forecasting processes of International Permanent Moves Prepares proper variance analysis providing comments over the variance according to defined threshold; identifies deviations and escalates them to relevant stakeholdersClosely cooperates with P&C Global Mobility in order to capture any changes in existing processes and reflect them properly in the financial forecastPrepares and delivers timely standard and non-standard reporting and analysisSupports and implements global, regional, and local projectsResponds to ad hoc queries, and analysis as required, prioritizing work effectively to ensure that these queries are responded by team to on a timely basisAble to support the team and replace temporarily supervisor during his/her absence, as well as train less experience analysts
