WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

 

Profile: advanced expertise, ownership, ability to solve complex issues, guide others, and drive improvements.

 

 

 

A self‑driven, analytical, and experienced professional with a university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply ChainDeep expertise in Order‑to‑Cash, particularly billing, order management, and cross‑functional process interactionsStrong experience in logistics, supply chain, Order Management, Billing, or Fulfilment (required at senior level)Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken)Strong understanding of operational Supply Chain processes and ability to interpret their business impactSolid familiarity with accounting principles relevant to billing and financial flowsAbility to leverage AI tools for process optimization, automation, root‑cause analysis, and reportingStrong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systemsExcellent communication skills, capable of managing escalations and influencing stakeholdersOther European language will be an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

 

 

Review and validate sales orders 

Enter orders (manual transactions) 

Determine product and/or service availability and logistics 

Track and manage orders, updates and cancels 

Define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline 

Create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents  

Create manual credit/debit note 

Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction) 

Process manual invoice including sundry invoice 

Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures 

Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
