Reporting into the Head of Non-Financial Risk Transformation and Operations, the team delivers data-led solutions and insights, enabling our organisation to proactively manage non-financial risks in line with international best practices and Macquarie’s core principles. As a Senior Analyst you will deliver innovative, automated solutions that generate dynamic and integrated risk insights for stakeholders across the organisation. You will work across both our Risk Insights and Intelligence pillar, as well as the Design and Innovation Centre, utilising a range of automated tools and artificial intelligence-driven solutions. Your role will involve supporting the development of non-financial risk and control data, contributing to assurance testing and enhancing the effectiveness of our risk management framework. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Non-Financial Risk Transformation and Operations team, as well as broader business and functional stakeholders, to advance risk management initiatives focused on automation. Experience working in a data science or automation function, with a strong analytical background Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx, or similar data analysis and automation tools The ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise briefings for management and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a commitment to building collaborative stakeholder relationships An enthusiastic and proactive approach to teamwork, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
