**Your Role**
As the Senior Analyst Loyalty & Guest Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven decisions that enhance the guest and member experience across World of Hyatt, our global loyalty program. You will transform complex guest transactional and engagement data into meaningful insights that guide strategic direction, improve loyalty performance, and support commercial growth.
In this role, you will develop a holistic understanding of the guest-to-member journey, uncover opportunities to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion, and partner closely with loyalty, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to influence both strategic initiatives and operational execution. Your ability to combine analytical expertise, storytelling, and business acumen will help drive impactful decisions that elevate the World of Hyatt experience for members and hotels around the world.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in Switzerland and be able to work from the EAME Regional Office in Zurich three days per week.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Define and manage loyalty performance frameworks, including KPI development, target setting, and performance measurement across acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and hotel-level initiatives.
+ Lead analytical initiatives by identifying business opportunities, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering actionable insights that support loyalty, marketing, and commercial strategies.
+ Develop scalable dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics processes that improve insight delivery and enable self-service reporting for regional stakeholders.
+ Support World of Hyatt promotions and offer strategies through forecasting, performance analysis, and insights derived from guest behavioral and transactional data.
+ Translate complex data into clear, business-focused narratives and presentations that drive informed decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Assess loyalty performance across hotels and regions, identify performance drivers and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve enrollment, engagement, and guest experience outcomes.
+ Partner with leadership to provide forward-looking analysis, evaluate business scenarios, and influence strategic and operational decisions through data-driven recommendations.
+ Apply advanced analytics techniques and modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate, while ensuring strong data governance, validation, and quality assurance standards.
**Qualifications:**
**Your Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field required
+ 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within loyalty, customer behavior, hospitality, or related industries
+ Strong experience measuring business performance and delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making
+ Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience querying and manipulating large transactional datasets using platforms such as Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Toad, or similar tools
+ Experience leading analytics projects from problem definition through insight delivery
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical modeling
+ Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools for business stakeholders
+ Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with ThoughtSpot or similar platforms is a plus
+ Familiarity with reporting automation and workflow tools such as Alteryx or similar technologies preferred
+ Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and large-scale data environments
+ Experience performing data validation, QA/UAT, and maintaining high standards of data integrity and governance
+ Ability to synthesize complex data into concise, business-focused insights and recommendations
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor analytical findings for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
+ Self-driven, curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
