Let’s define tomorrow, together. **Description** As a Senior Analyst – Industrial Engineering (IE) - Hubs, you will play a crucial role in improving operating efficiencies across our Hub locations. You will partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements, leveraging your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, change management, and industrial engineering techniques. Your work will span from quick analyses to large-scale transformative efforts, creating sustainable, positive change within our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and lead project workstreams, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. 2. Create and execute data gathering plans, analyzing operations data to make fact-based recommendations. 3. Utilize technical skills and software to improve business processes and create tools for various departments. 4. Conduct and lead time and motion studies in diverse operational environments. 5. Facilitate and contribute to workshops and Kaizen events. 6. Present findings and recommendations to business leaders, driving stakeholder buy-in. 7. Source and develop new projects through research and analysis. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration + 3+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, continuous improvement, or consulting (or 2+ years of experience with the completion of the United IE/ECDLP) + Education or experience in specific IE skills such as simulation, time and motion studies, and/or process improvement methodologies + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork + High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products + Working knowledge of project management discipline + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to quickly grasp new situations and business processes + Ability to use a data-driven approach to assessing current state + Ability to select the correct tools and methods needed for efficient improvement + Ability to tell compelling data-driven stories in presentations to all organizational levels + Must be willing to work on site at DEN Airport. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from a recognized institution + Experience in industry with Lean or Six Sigma, TPS, TQM, or other continuous improvement methodologies + Previous airline business experience + Previous (internal or external) consulting experience + Experience with SIMIO/ARENA, SQL, Visual Basic (VBA), and other programming tools + Proficiency with statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP, etc.) + Experience using a project management discipline + Experience using a change-management methodology + Experience delivering just-in-time training to people at all organizational levels + Experience in leading projects, project teams, or project workstreams + Experience influencing without direct authority The base pay range for this role is $87,780.00 to $119,680.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
