**What you will do:** You will be a part of our Corporate Indirect Procurement function and will be supporting the Coupa SAAS solution (Purchasing platform, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management, and Sourcing modules) and other procurement systems and processes as needed, providing efficient and effective support, issue resolution, and process improvement. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: + Provide front line support for Coupa & Adobe E-sign Process + Provide end user and supplier support and training + Manage internal supplier information process, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and interface failure resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts for resolution. + Establish subject matter expertise within Coupa, Adobe eSign and related processes + Actively work with and troubleshoot issues with cross functional teams to drive process improvements relative to Coupa, the Stryker buying process and sub processes and IP operations. + Drive process to route contracts/NDAs for signature and deliver signed agreements to stakeholders in a timely fashion + Ensure clear communication between stakeholders + Deliver commitments on time and as needed + Develop and implement improvement action plans aligned with business goals. + Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. **What you need:** + Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field -highly preferred) + Fluent in spoken and written English + 3+ years of experience in procure to pay, finance, indirect or direct purchasing, preferred + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
