You will engage in collaborative efforts with Global SIOP managers/directors, departmental managers, and analysts to address and resolve issues related to SIOP data integrity, consolidation, and reporting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide the monthly global backlog with past due analysis and reason in collaboration with customer care (order admins) and project managers with comparative analysis. Provide the monthly global sales and tie-up with POR in collaboration with Finance. Update Demand and Consensus Forecast Accuracy. Support executive presentation slides and prepare other SIOP reporting (Bookings, Service Level, Sales and Backlog Trends). Validate orders to support the integrity of data. Update Project Funnel with booked and invoiced orders. Prepare the Planning Bill of Materials Analyses as scheduled. Participate in root cause analysis for delayed orders caused by scheduling or planning attributes.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related courses. 4 years of relevant experience in data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting with experience in Purchasing, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Planning. Fair degree of understanding in the field of Supply Chain particularly in the sales, inventory, and operations planning concepts and processes. Knowledge of the Bill of Materials and understanding of parent/child relationships that make up assemblies. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP Software Systems) for multi-level BOMs. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
