Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability.
 

The LCE organization is seeking is seeking an Engineering Services Analyst to ensure are Customers receive their Spares and Repair orders on-time and under budget.  You will track multiple order contracts in multiple systems to verify that piece parts are available, work is scheduled properly, and future schedules can be met.  If a problem is discovered, you will take action to attempt to recover schedule and/or budget.
 

What You Will Do:

Support area audits.Collaborate with multi discipline engineers and leadership as required.Inspect incoming carcasses for excessive damage or missing parts using innovative problem-solving methods and creative solutions.Extract data from three different systems; PRISM, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and the US Government Web Based Commercial Asset Visibility (WebCAV) system and other demand-based fulfilment systems.Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.Travel once per year (WebCAV training).Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.Will work 1st shift Primary.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in Logistics and/or Depot Management.The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and/or LEAN, CORE, ACE, or Six-Sigma training.Electronics & Mechanical background a plus.Experience working SAP ERP, and MS Office Suite.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
