ABOUT OUR TEAM

We are a part of dynamic Finance Systems Governance (FSG) Group, dedicated to the digitalization of our global Finance Function and Processes. Within this group, our team coordinates the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. We play a crucial role in Finance Transformation initiatives.

Our mission is to empower PMI Affiliates worldwide by developing an efficient, effective, and engaged organization capable of collecting, analyzing, and delivering information for swift, data-driven decision-making.

As a member of our Team, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multicultural, and challenging environment. You will participate in Global initiatives, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners to support PMI affiliates with innovative Finance Planning solutions. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Senior Analyst Finance Systems Governance, you will:

Support the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes, with a comprehensive understanding of the global system architecture and interconnections.Conduct acceptance testing and support worldwide user community to facilitate the adoption of existing or new functionalities.Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used in PBF&R finance applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated as per PMI Instructions and deadlines.Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the finance system landscape by acting as an intermediary between Finance, Business and IT Teams, ensuring that technology solutions address the business needs.Oversee and continuously evolve our Finance applicational and data landscape, by designing, rolling out and continuously improving processes used within the Team and across the relevant stakeholders.Act as SME in solution building or process redesign projects ensuring they deliver the expected business outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend both current and future business requirements and their implications for the finance system landscape.Develop and maintain documentation for systems and services, including training programs, materials, and operating manuals, within the assigned scope.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data within PBF&R finance applications and confirm that the overall system is user-ready and updated according to PMI instructions and deadlines.Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

College/University: Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similarWork experience of a minimum of 5 years ideally in multinational environment in the areas of finance, Financial Planning, data analytics or systems and information management.Has solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools, acting as SME.Understands financial processes in corporate environment.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.Proactive and curious attitude: Eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.Attention to detail: Precision in managing data and processes.Ability to manage multiple projects: Skilled in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.Team player: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills: Ability to articulate and translate technical and operational subjects into actionable insights.System-oriented mindset: Experience with financial applications and programming languages (e.g., SQL).Advanced English proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English.Advanced MS Office skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
