Your 'day to day'

 

Budgeting and forecast preparation for respective functions, review targets in line with business objectives and provide financial analysis to support management's decision-making.Lead in actuals cost performance review preparation by developing the concept and coordinating preparation within GBS functional groups.Organize budget discussions, understand business needs, and effectively challenge budget spending.Offer meaningful insights and derive data-driven solutions for the Smoke-Free Products Function. Increase transparency through continuously improving our tooling and reporting landscapeAct as a reliable Finance Business Partner, building and presenting meaningful data for decision-making support to functional Senior Management.Produce financial and other business analyses and interpretation.Lead and participate in identification areas for improvements, simplification, and standardization, being able to implement and influence new ways of working.Train and support functional counterparts to understand and improve financial performance and enable creation of innovative financial solutions to help the business.Understand business needs, provide insights, analyze and develop customized solutions facilitating the implementation of required business solutions.

 

Who we are looking for

 

CPA, Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent,3+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies, understanding of corporate finance as well as financial statement analysis and controls,Advanced/Fluent level of Spanish and English, intermediate level of Portuguese is a plus,Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (mandatory), Power BI is a plus,Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies,Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.
