As a reconciler, you will examine the company's accounting records, review them with banking documentation, and report any discrepancies in the reports. Key responsibilities include: • Timely follow-ups on the open items to maintain the clean reconciliation every month. • Posting all the Bank Charges & Interest Journals monthly, recording all the treasury & IC related transactions on time. • Download all the required Bank Statements on WD1 and save them into the assigned folder. • Run Auto reconciliation on daily basis also record manually in case any transaction is left unreconciled. • Maintain the Cash Deposit file on daily basis also ensures the cash receipts are recorded on time. • Record all the Month end related journals without any fail and update the checklist accordingly. • Review, analyze and process all capital asset disposal and capital asset transfer requests. • Prepare monthly reconciliation of fixed asset subledger to General Ledger balances for all US and Canadian affiliates. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of the fixed asset subledger. • Respond to all the ad hoc queries within the TAT assigned. • Active participation in running any Project which adds quality to the process. **What you will bring** • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional management (operations, sales, etc.) • Good Analytical skills, investigative. • Strong customer service focus, with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our customers. • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities while remaining calm and effective under pressure. • Include & uplift others.
