The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Team oversees marketing for our US Consumer cobrand products.

The Senior Analyst, Delta Marketing Capabilities & GTM sits within the Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services, which is focused on driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partner products.

This is a key position in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of US Consumer Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and supporting the strategy for Delta partner marketing capabilities and driving the innovation pipeline for mature high value cobrand portfolio. They will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external Delta partners to define and execute winning, forward-looking marketing capability needs and strategies. In this role, they will work directly with the Delta partner marketing acquisition and customer marketing teams to guide a robust pipeline of technology initiatives through to successful completion. Additionally, they will partner extensively with internal teams – including marketing analytics, NPD, and platform & tech teams – to ensure projects stay on track and meet committed launch timelines.

Responsibilities include:

Support vision and development of new marketing capabilities and revenue driving treatments based on an intimate knowledge of the customer, business and technology

Lead coordination and go-to-market execution across the Delta partner marketing ecosystem

Critical participant in concept development, feasibility assessment and end-to-end customer experience design

Work directly with our internal and external Delta partners to ensure alignment and commitment of partner needs in capabilities and GTM development

Understand business goals and customer needs, and identify creative ways to leverage capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs

Drive products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes

Partner closely with Capabilities Planning team to continuously improve the investment planning and product development processes to drive greater efficiency, agility, and effectiveness

Collaborate and negotiate with internal partners, such as Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Web, Mobile and more to define and pivot product needs

Qualifications:

You make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information. You rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions using appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.

Curious with an Enterprise mentality – you connect the dots and you ask impactful questions. You are not consensus-driven; you thoughtfully, respectfully, and confidently challenge ideas you disagree with.

Proven ability to work with ambiguity and pivoting business needs & requirements

Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years’ experience in product development or related function. Prior experience in marketing a plus.

Experience working with partners, both internal and external to ideate and define business; prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
