How You’ll Make an Impact

Collaborate with client teams to define precise business requirements for data analysis projectsDesign metrics, create data visualizations and establish ETL requirements to support strategic objectivesExtract, clean and engineer data to prepare for thorough analysisInterpret complex datasets, develop hypotheses and craft analytical approaches to address business needsUtilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-readable reports using platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI and ExcelAcquire and integrate new reference data sources to meet evolving business requirementsDevelop and Implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIS, Event based systems, and other internal and external systems.Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling presentations and data visualizationsDevelop impactful analyses and dashboards that are recognized as industry leadingFoster strong partnerships with cross functional groups to enhance collaborative outcomes

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

5+ years of experience within a data platform or data analysis environment5+ years of experience in a customer-facing products or services environment

Skills

Proficient at analyzing, interpreting and presenting dataSkilled at decision making and problem solving under pressureEffective at prioritizing and organizing tasksAdvanced knowledge of analytics processes and reporting design principlesProficient in SQL, Python, and .NET.Skilled in design and implementation of business integrations and with data visualization toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
