Senior Analyst - Data Analytics

How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Analyze portfolio performance and communicate key metric insights across the Consumer Banking scorecardProvide insights into customer behaviors that impact the portfolio performanceProvide insights on product marketing campaigns and customer segmentations to inform Consumer Banking’s strategic roadmapSynthesize internal and external data and trends to identify strategic growth opportunities         Assist in supporting key operational projections and prioritiesIncumbent will partner with a cross functional team of Product Heads, Digital team, Marketing, Finance, etc
 

Minimum Qualifications

Desire to work on dynamic, innovative, and evolving initiatives in the digital banking spaceStrong programming skills in SQL; experience with Python, Tableau/Power BI is a plusExperience manipulating and extracting insights from large and complex datasetsStrong relationship skills, with ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teamsStrategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Self-starter with ability to drive results and high energyAbility to translate analysis into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and present those ideas to varied audiences. 
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer/retail/ digital banking. Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or other advanced degree preferred2+ years of relevant analytics experience
