How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting on the development and leading the execution of marketing strategies to drive sustainable spend growth from tenured (1+ year) customer segments. This team will work in partnership with Analytics, Product and Merchant teams to develop and execute customer growth strategies, measure their effectiveness and continuously optimize our impact and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Grow tenured customer billings (organic billings) and share of wallet to drive spend revenue growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sustainable spend growth with healthy return on investment via customer marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Amex Offers platform, informed by analysis determining what is effective in sustainably growing customer spend via Amex Offers engagement.
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with key internal partners (local and central stakeholders and teams) and external partners (creative agencies).
Analyze, understand and report on customer growth metrics (Organic Billings, Share of Wallet, campaign and channel results) and partner with analytics teams to identify insights to leverage in developing data driven strategies to grow customer spend.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lead projects from start to finish, manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with key partners, and meet deadlines with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Experience in execution of end-to-end marketing strategies and campaign management.
University Degree (preferably Business/Marketing) with minimum 2-3 years of product management or marketing work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation.
Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners evaluation.
Proven ability to analyze data sets; demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills; emphasis on proposal development and the creation/delivery of effective presentations.
Proven ability to lead change and set priorities, with capacity to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities.
