GENERAL SUMMARY: Under direction of the Project Manager or the Director, develops and implements a comprehensive program to analyze data and effectively report information to a variety of customers. The customers and end users of this support service include executive leadership, internal customers, the Board of Trustees, System leadership and external oversight/regulatory bodies. This position generates reports and supports comparative database maintenance regarding strategic and operational performance for performance review, operational effectiveness and improvement efforts. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Collaborates with clients and leadership to define project goals and objectives, determine information needs and develop a process to deliver actionable research and recommendations. + Works with internal business customers and cross-disciplinary teams to determine data needs and to enhance the use of customer analytics. Collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals. + Explores and recommends growth strategies utilizing extensive data analytics processes. + Integrates customer data from multiple sources to develop reports and other information tools. Provides necessary research and analysis to support strategic growth and retention initiatives. + Creates and updates comprehensive customer models including, but not limited to, existing membership reporting, growth projections, forecast projections and data trends. + Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: + Bachelor’s degree, required. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in extensive data analytics, required. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in extensive data analytics in Health Insurance or Healthcare industry, preferred. + SQL and Power BI skills required.
