Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Analyst Co-Brand defines the lifecycle marketing strategies for MileagePlus co-brand cardholders and develops/delivers marketing/promotional campaigns that drive cardholder engagement, retention and profitability. Responsibilities include optimizing card spend growth, card benefits engagement and leading retention efforts through targeting cardholders with down-trending behaviors. This role requires close collaboration with co-brand card issuing partners, Loyalty Marketing stakeholders and other United/MileagePlus partners, as appropriate, to deliver programs, promotions, and communications.
Note: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including 50% of the time spent onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.
