What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Marketing, Sales and Pricing Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing sales industry and go-to-market expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
Our Global Sales Practice of experts helps clients transform and optimize their go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable growth. We bring deep expertise across the full spectrum of sales topics, including sales strategy, organization design, commercial excellence, territory and quota planning, sales enablement, performance management, and digital sales transformation. Leveraging data-driven insights and proven methodologies, we support organizations in building high-performing sales teams, enhancing customer engagement, and accelerating revenue generation in dynamic market environments.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
What You'll Bring
2+ years of management consulting firm client-facing experience preferred, ideally in a GTM commercial topic such as sales or marketing In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred - in areas such as sales, inside sales, sales technology (E.g. AI, CRM, marketing automation), sales operations, sales product marketing etc. Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) Fluency in English language Proficient knowledge of and experience building presentations, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Data analytics/visualization skills and proficiency in tools like Alteryx and Tableau preferred Demonstrated experience advising clients on AI-enabled use cases and translating business problems into practical, scalable AI-driven solutions and implementation roadmaps Demonstrated leadership and planning skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment Ability to work in a global team setting with remote collaboration with the rest of the organization.Who You'll Work With
