What You'll Do

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in a Client Focused role inside BCG's People and Organization (POP) Practice Area with a focus on the Organization Design & Operating Model topic, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, workshops, and other domain-specific accelerators). You will serve as content expert and advisor to case teams and topic/sector  leaders, helping to structure and solve complex client issues around Organization Design & Operating Model efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

Internally, you will also support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, building workshops or knowledge sharing sessions, and developing marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual  property & assets for the business and progressively assist in onboarding and training junior  colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design & Operating Model topics strongly preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 3-5+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; advanced degree preferredExpertise in relevant topics, including leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral scienceFluency in EnglishStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

 The base salary range for this role in Dallas is $115,700 - $119,500

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 24% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
