What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions (FI) Practice Area you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. 
 
You will support commercialization efforts for the Digital & Consumer Banking sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of relevant consulting experience in digital customer experience, preferably in consumer banking, fintech or insurance (or relevant internship)In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum of relevant industry work experience in digital customer experience, with a preference towards consumer banking, fintech or insurance, 4-6+ years preferredFluency in EnglishStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

We expect total annualized compensation for Chicago based employees to be approximately the following:

Anticipated Base salary range of $100,450 - $108,500; vary based on experience and skill levelAnnual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
