As part of the Corporate and B2B Solutions Product Management team, the B2B Solutions team is focused on building a new business model, key partnerships, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that will address all customer segments, from Small businesses to Large and Global clients, to create new opportunities for us to grow B2B spend through these ecosystem partners, such as AP Automation partners, Accounting and ERP software providers, as well as procurement platforms & networks. This business has doubled in customers and volume over the last few years, and critical to further growth is the scaling of our B2B ecosystem. B2B Solutions is seeking an Analyst/Sr Analyst to support Product Management efforts across our products including Corporate Purchasing Card and Buyer Initiated Payments; both focused on streamlining Accounts Payables processing and reconciliation while generating cash flow. This role will play a key role in supporting our B2B strategy development and execution, providing ongoing assistance with the day-to-day responsibilities of the Product Management team, directly contributing to business outcomes. This is a great opportunity to join a high-visibility and fun product team to help accelerate B2B product growth. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Support for Product Roadmap and PM development and prioritization activities + Partner with Product Development teams to define and ready business requirements for next generation investments + Lead projects and tasks related to the re-platforming of existing products + Lead control and systems uplift across products + Align with key partners including other Product Management teams, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to help improve operational efficiencies + Form hypotheses, define metrics, and analyze results to refine product requirements and continuously improve the customer experience + Navigate intricate business & technology dependencies and communicate impacts to partners + Help to assemble and develop regular presentations and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders + Collaborate with Field Enablement, Sales and Account Development and Marketing to help shape product assets and collateral and to update existing assets + Track record of delivering results in product management, marketing and/or operations role + Prior experience in B2B payments or payment products (ACH, Check, etc) is a plus + Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in fast-paced environment + Bias for action, gets stuff done + Ability to lead one or more concurrent workstreams, leading the thinking around problem-solving, the approach to resolving issues and developing frameworks to solve them while minimizing ambiguity + Bridges connections across partner groups and considers multiple points of view + Strong communication (written and verbal) + Positive, flexible and proactive – and sense of humor a must + Familiarity with B2B trends and emerging FinTech players is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree **Qualifications** Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
