Process Overview:
Global Banking & Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. It is comprised of Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets and Wholesale Credit. Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research. The Shared Technology Platforms is a portfolio under the GBAMT Strategy, Architecture and Core Platforms portfolio. The portfolio is responsible for designing, building and maintaining high performing software systems that are used by the Global Banking and Markets Technology employees globally. These are Technology for Technology tools that cater to varying project management needs including but not limited to forecasting, hiring, resource lifecycle management etc
Job Description
This role is part of Global Banking and Markets Technology (GBAMT) Business Support Management (BSM) team. The role will provide ample opportunities to interact and work with the GBAMT Senior Leadership team, LOB Business Support & COO Teams and support partners and serve as a platform to carve a niche role in Business Management and Analytics. This role will provide tremendous exposure to various aspects of Tech Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Delivery head and his direct leadership team.Working closely with LOB Business Support & COO teams.Preparing reports / dashboards for the senior leadership team, LOB Business Support & COO teamsAnalyze data and present the same to senior leadership team for decision making.Help find simple solutions to complicated business problems.Preparing presentations for business reviews with GDCE senior leadership team & LOB execCoordination and follow – up with support partners and delivery teams to ensure we meet our goalsWork closely with the Delivery Lead and his / her team as per requirementTrack projects and tasks to completionPreparing reports / dashboards for the senior leadership teamPartner with Delivery Leaders to plan and execute , LOB visit , Offsite, workshops, planning sessions etc as per business requirementAssist and coordinate with the Delivery Lead and his / her team for various tasks ranging from on-boarding, invoicing, resource movement, staffing, compliance trainings, project portfolio, staffing, etc.Requirements:
Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Certifications (if any): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Experience Range: 06-08+ years
Foundational Skills:
Strong knowledge in MS office tools (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint) and MS outlook Excellent interpersonal skills to work with the Senior Leadership teamStrong presentation and documentation skills using MS PowerPoint / MSWord / MS excelGood business acumen, analytical and logical reasoning ability to take appropriate business decisionsGood MS Excel (Pivot, Graphs, Macros, Look-Ups and other important functionalities)Ability to be proactive in catering to Leadership requirementsAbility to independently drive meetings and work with various leadersAbility to learn / grasp things quick and drive initiatives proactivelyAbility to Multitask and manage multiple work under pressureWillingness to stretch and address issues maturely and proactively Attention to detail is paramount Act responsibly and have the courage to face the leadership team with confidenceDesired Skills:
