The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, HR Process & Change Management, will be a key contributor to the HR Performance Improvement team, focusing on optimizing HR processes and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives through effective change management strategies.

This role will involve hands-on process mapping, analysis, and support for transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Design: Conduct detailed analysis of current HR processes eg. talent acquisition lifecycle, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processesProcess Improvement Methodologies: Apply Lean principles and other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance HR service delivery.Working Group Facilitation: Support the Director in establishing and facilitating working groups for process redesign initiatives, gathering input and driving consensus among stakeholders.Change Management Support: Assist in the development and deployment of change management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.Playbook Documentation: Contribute to the development of the HR service delivery playbook, documenting new processes, roles, and responsibilities.Project Support: Provide strong project management support for various HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or change management roles, preferably within an HR context.Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies eg. Visio, BPMNSolid understanding of change management principles and frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholdersCertification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management eg. Prosci is a plus
