Job Location: Bangalore/Pune/Gurugram
Work Type: Work from Office (We support hybrid work, and you will be expected to work twice in a week)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Experience: 5 Years to 8 Years

Responsibilities
•\tUnderstand and explain business problems into technical solutions providing the required output.
•\tHands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks.
•\tDeliver the project ensuring high quality deliverables.
•\tResolve all project-related issues.
•\tProvide inputs to the project manager.
Essential skills
•\tProficiency in Advanced SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, MS-Excel.
•\tStrong in MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
•\tHands-on experience in creating database structures for data consolidation tasks is required.
•\tUnderstanding of AI & Machine Learning tools

Experience
•\tRelevant Professional analytics experience of 5+years, associated with Customer Experience Management, portfolio analytics, data modelling in databases.
•\tExperience and familiarity with Customer lifecycle/ customer strategy/ in banking, telecom, healthcare domain.
•\tData Visualization techniques on Tableau / Power BI.
•\tUnderstanding of AI & Machine Learning tools

Educational qualifications
•\tBachelor's Degree
•\tPost-Graduation- MBA or MSc. In Stats or Eco
