To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you'll be doing** As a member of CIBC’s team, the Senior Analyst, Business Effectiveness is primarily responsible for providing business support to the Board Administrators for CIBC Parent Bank, BancorpUSA and CIBC Subsidiary Boards. As an intermediary between 3rd party vendor and Board Administrators, monitor the shared Mailbox for requests to add, modify and remove users and modify site settings received from Board Administrators. The Senior Analyst will be required to fully review and attest to requests before submission to the 3rd party vendor and overseeing completion as well as conducting quarterly user access attestations with Board Administrators. In addition to this primary responsibility, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business effectiveness of the Transformation & Operational Excellence team in Administration through a range of activities including business analysis, project co-ordination, relationship management and continuous improvement. The role applies comprehensive skills to assist with work packages and business analysis to drive initiatives that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Administration lines of business. The Senior Analyst, Business Effectiveness makes decisions on their own work methods to prepare schedules for work activities, monitoring work progress, responding to changing priorities, adjusting work schedules accordingly and resolving obstacles. The role exercises independent judgement within defined procedures, regularly meeting with the business partners, documenting communications, processes, procedures and changes. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._ **How you'll succeed** + **Board Services Business Support -** Support Board Administrators across CIBC Parent Board, CIBC ExCo, CIBC Foundation, CIBC Cayman, CIBC Caribbean, CIBC Mellon, CIBC Luxembourg and BancorpUSA as intermediary with 3rd party vendor, regularly monitoring a shared Mailbox for requests, questions or issues. + Review requests to add, modify and remove users and modify site settings received from Board Administrators, submit requests to 3rd party vendor and oversee completion. Conduct quarterly user access attestations with Board Administrators. + **Business Management -** Support the Transformation & Operational Excellence team, work in a fast-paced environment to effectively execute strategic priorities of varying complexity. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to support business, technology and 3rd party engagement, inclusive of executive communications. Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes. + **Project Delivery -** Support the delivery of priority projects, processes, reporting and work packages. Perform business analysis, document current and future state processes and create business requirements. Prepare presentation material and communications and partner on change management activities to support initiatives. + **Relationship Management -** Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients through excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate proactively with colleagues to plan and organize work across stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to solicit their input into the development of new or enhanced business processes, and to ensure aligned operations and communications. + **Reporting -** Track progress and conduct analysis of data and reports.
