Job Title: Senior Analyst - Rebates & Credit Programs
Location: Radnor, PA | Hybrid Schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time

A well-established organization is actively seeking a Senior Analyst to lead strategic rebate planning and credit analysis initiatives, with the potential to step into a supervisory position.
This position plays a key role in shaping how the company manages vendor credits, evaluates financial risk, and delivers financial value to its partners. You'll work across departments, bring efficiency to legacy processes, and support a data-driven approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and enhance accounting workflows for rebate tracking, collection, reconciliation, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely vendor rebate collections and accurate distribution to business partners
Review and analyze financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit lines using internal financial systems
Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports to support Finance leadership and committee discussions
Interpret partner data to support performance analysis, volume trends, and business insights
Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit and rebate documentation across multiple systems
Serve as a key contact for partner inquiries related to rebate programs or financial reporting
Collaborate with purchasing teams to maintain accurate rebate agreements and documentation
Participate in the preparation of year-end summaries, financial statement reports, and partner communications
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (people management experience is welcome but not required)
Ideal Background:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, credit analysis, or rebate management
Prior exposure to rebate strategy or credit line analysis is essential
Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
Highly proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of LBMX is a strong plus
Able to interpret and manage confidential financial data with professionalism
Experience in the building materials or wholesale distribution sector is a bonus
Comfort working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to analyze, recommend, and implement improvements in rebate accounting processes
