About the role
We're seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join our digital marketing team to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across multiple analytics platforms and tools, with the ability to ETL data, automate processes and prepare reports with visualizations in BI platforms, and create compelling visualizations that tell the story behind the data.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, and Looker Studio to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance
Prepare digital marketing reports on tools like sprout social, LinkedIn,FB, Google ads analytics, Eloqua etc. or using their data in BI platforms
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from various marketing platforms and databases
• Create Python scripts to automate data collection, cleansing, and reporting processes to improve team efficiency
Plus if knows how to leverage AI for Data analytics
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the digital & marketing team to define measurement, frameworks and establish meaningful metrics and also do ETL and prepare reports
• Build predictive models to forecast campaign performance and recommend budget allocations
• Design and implement A/B tests to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Communicate complex data findings in clear, concise formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current with evolving digital marketing analytics tools, techniques, and best practices
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics (marketing data is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, and Looker Studio
• Strong SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation
• Python programming knowledge for automation, data processing and analytics
• Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms is preferred
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from marketing campaign data
• Strong data visualization skills and dashboard creation experience
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Preferred but not necessary - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• Plus: Experience with API integrations and automated reporting solutions
• Plus: Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics through R and any other statistical tool/language
