NTT DATA Services currently seeks a REMOTE Senior Analyst-Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) with a Healthcare background to join our team for a 4+ month project. Must worked CST hours.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst with expertise in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and experience using Varonis or similar tools to secure sensitive data across on-prem and cloud environments. This role involves developing processes, performing server health checks, troubleshooting, and collaborating with customers to enhance data security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage Varonis or DSPM solutions for both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Interface with customers to remove unnecessary permissions and improve data security.
• Develop and follow procedures for data security and compliance.
• Assist in building processes to address PHI found on devices.
• Perform server health checks, address server requests, and manage bulk imports.
• Troubleshoot improperly imported servers and clean up server mappings (e.g., reassign servers to correct collectors).
• Monitor alerts related to collector-server performance, evaluate resource needs, and submit requests for resource increases.
• Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to configure DSPM tools and related infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on DSPM experience (Data Security Posture Management).
• 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong infrastructure knowledge.
• 3+ years with Varonis or similar data security tools (e.g., Sierra, other DSPM platforms).
• 3+ years working with data security principles and compliance requirements (PHI, PCI, SSN)..

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare IT environments (basic understanding of PHI and compliance standards).
• Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and cross-team collaboration
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred or equivalent experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $65.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
